Hotel a Mottram in Longdendale

“La camera era abbastanza piccola rispetto alle foto. La colazione nella media. Il parcheggio un furto autorizzato (14 sterline) per una notte. Ingannevole la dicitura parcheggio del service al momento della prenotazione . Caro come hotel per essere così vicino all aeroporto. ..comunque pulito. ”

“Arriving late in the evening the foyer was a somewhat daunting experience. It gave the impression that there could be various dubious activity going on in a number of rooms. The noise was loud all night. We didn’t get a key to our room. Big gap in door frame and we felt unsafe. Would never stay again ”

“Surreal surroundings, little river next to the hotel making a very nice soundtrack, very characteristic decor, with fireplaces, christmas feeling and good food in their pub The room was spacious enough with an old but lovely canopy bed”

“Avevo prenotaro inizialmente una camera matrimoniale standard e poi ho modificato la prenotazione in premium. Se la camera a me dedicata è ritenuta "premium" non oso immaginare le standard. In realtà alcuna Premium mi è stata data.. pensano di essere furbi”

“The bathroom was dirty, the toilet seat wasn't on straight. Blood on the bed sheet. Staff were not interested and unhelpful. We had to pay to park at the hotel when we arrived. We thought we would try to spa and we also had to pay for that. We asked for towels in the spa and the staff just shrugged and said there wasn't any. The changing rooms were dirty and no lockers to put valuables. The steam room was set at the temperature of the sun and the sauna wasn't on ”

“Its an old Hotel so you expect age but there was hair on the bed and it seemed rather dated everywhere. The hotel reception rang before our visit and I enquired if I needed to pre book for dinner, was told no, but when we got there the restaurant was shut anyway and we was told to use next door! Our room should have been a family twin but again when we got there we was put in a standard double, on enquiry the staff were helpful and we were moved to a twin. breakfast was again ok, everything was...
