“Our host was very responsive to questions. It was unseasonably cold (for Florida!! or anywhere) and Eli so kindly had the house all warmed up and cozy when we checked in. We were very comfortable and happy in this lovingly decorated and well appointed home within walking distance to the art festival and all of the quaint shops near Donnelly park. “I had a very nice stay at this newly renovated studio. It is located in an older part of Orlando (Eatonville) but well situated to go to Orlando highlights. Easy check in and check out. Reason why I did not give it 5 stars is because there was nowhere to put clothing and had to live literally out of my suitcase. ”

“Arrived at the house 10 minutes after agreed check in time, but had not received instructions on how to access the property. The cleaning stuff was still there though and let us in. Upon entering the house a strong smell of marijuana was present. The host was quick to respond and expressed he would look into it. Unfortunately for us we had to smell it a couple days making hanging out at the house miserable. The neighborhood was quiet and beds were sufficient. Not many toiletries provided and...
