“It was so noisy we could not sleep from traffic . Did not receive the charge for incidentals as of yet and it was a month ago”

“The property shows swimming pool when I arrive there They told me that there was no pool. Also everything is outdated. The bedsheets had a lot of holes like cigarette burns and The bathroom was dirty no shampoo or soap to shower with and the towels were disgusting. Also the refrigerator was dirty. Thay advertised free breakfast. 1st time all they had was some fruit loops cereal and a small bear claw. 2nd day same thing walked in this guy says all they have is cereal and no milk. Ask the gentleman at the front desk where the breakfast was he said they we all out this was 7:00 am. Carpet in room was a black color, and it was dirty left your feet black. “I was on 2nd floor and it was hard to navigate with cane and items in my hand. Handicap parking was always full so had long walks from parking space to the stairs. Room was very well maintained and clean. Access was good for someone that does not have trouble walking. I am waiting for hip replacement surgery, navigating stairs is stressful. There were no handicap rooms open, and I had to get a room with short notice. Our Motor Home had to be worked on before we were able to drive it back...

“When we first arrived the check in was completely virtual and we had to wait outside where homeless people were asking the guests for money until they finally allowed us to come inside to check in. The individual checking us in hardly spoke English and terribly difficult to understand.
