“Nice”

“I thought it was too good to be true getting this amazing rate on a new hotel. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who helped me check in. My room was clean and spacious, and the extra things you could obtain from the front (if needed) was a big perk, even if I didn’t ultimately need them during my stay. Every time I walked in or out of the hotel, the staff would greet me and spark up conversation. You could tell they really cared about their guests and the kind of stay...

“When we arrived the clerk seemed confused and hostile. When we got in the room the toilet was running constantly and loudly. When we asked for a new room, even though the place was only half full, he was hesitant to give us a new room, but eventually he did. When we went to shower in the new room, which had a filthy bathroom, the towels literally stank horribly and were dirty and moldy, and when we went to get clean towels the two people working there became very angry and refused to give us...

“I was in a pinch...my power was out and I had to drive an hour for this room... When i tried to call all i got was their AI bs answering machine thing, NOT a real person. Yes, they allowed dogs, BUT, it cost me MORE to have my dog there than it cost me for the room itself... When I walked in it was like walking I to a blast furnace it was so hot...it took forever for it to cool down...the shower head was so low it was at shoulder height so I didn't get to take a shower...there were 3...
