Posizione: Close to Philadelphia and price was 75% less.
I rarely rate my hotel stays because they are generally good, but this stay was fantastic. From the check in experience with Kelly and Irving the Manager who were formidable and the room with the huge TV and ended with a great breakfast the next morning. I can't say enough how pleased and happy my husband and I were our short but great stay. We stayed at this location because we had a conference in Philadelphia the next day and it was only a 25 minute drive from the hotel. Price was good to complete the satisfaction. Thank you

The selections at breakfast were abundant. The service wad Good. Tbere wad one small issue. It was taken care of immediately by the management to my satisfaction.

Nice Hotel in Central Location

Pro: The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the hotel was quite and the breakfast was awesome.
Contro: Nothing! We enjoyed our stay and will return in the future.
Posizione: Shopping, close to attractions: Philadelphia aquarium, 1 hour drive to Atlantic City.
We wanted a hotel that was close to Philadelphia and Atlantic City, we came upon this hotel. This was one of the few hotels that allowed 5 adults to a room. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the hotel was quite and the breakfast was awesome.

This is the best hotel I've ever stay in the past. Super clean and comfy. The breakfast has different varieties. We have good night resting since the hotel is little be away from the main road. All the shop is coupon min. from the hotel. Very convenient. I definitely will come back again.

BED BUGS!!!!!!! RUDE EMPLOYEE!!!!

Checking into the hotel was easy as the gentlemen at the front desk greeted us immediately and promptly got us into a better room than we had booked through hotels.com. Hindsight being 20/20 maybe we were better off in the original room. The night was quiet and peaceful until the next morning. My girlfriend broke out with what started as one bump and within hours was covered with excessive bumps on her arms, back, legs and forehead. Her mother is a nurse and immediately suspected bed bugs. We called the hotel that evening and spoke to Justin who said he would pass the information to the general manager to contact us the next day. Upon speaking to Brian, he stated they would have an exterminator come out and get back to us with the findings. Well low and behold, just as suspected BED BUGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! First the ridiculousness of having told us we needed to call hotels.com to have them issue a refund since it was booked through a third party. After this horrifying experience, all you can say is we'll get you a refund?!?!?!?!?!?! Now after calling hotels.com, they call the hotel to verify before issuing a refund and the hotel says they have no record of it. Now I call the hotel and talk to a RUDE Shakira who tells me the GM Brian isn't in can she help me. I then ask for Justin and she states he doesn't work at the property anymore. I said since last night????? She acted as if I basically was interrupting her solitaire game. STAY AWAY!!!
