First they checked us into a dirty room. Then the manager, not the same front desk person, gave us what he called their largest suite on the 2nd floor. It was a little larger than a normal room and had a couch, but nothing else exceptional. The clock was unplugged, so when I plugged it in I had to reset it. Another lamp was also unplugged. In the morning, my husband had no hot water for his shower. There also was no shampoo in the bathroom. This was the first bad experience we have ever had with a Holiday Inn Express, but now will be leery of them in the future.
