“I came on a 4th of July trip with my family. I need somewhere affordable and where I can stay for the night before our waterpark resort. They falsely advertised our room. I paid for 2 double g queen sized beds and received a full size bed and an extremely rough jail mattress. The couch mattress was very uncomfortable. “If your trying to save some money, there aren't maybe places that put on as good a show. The hotel is classicly dated. Tucked away just off some forever road construction in Stroudsburg PA. Minutes from main street (Gamers Edge )and the Pocono Cinema and Cultural Center (Great ice Cream and movie treats) The area has great diners within 15min but for the most part you'll have to hit main street for any night life as Stroudsburg is on Small town time. “Perfect place to sleep, have breakfast and go elsewhere for the day; that was we booked this hotel for. The only tweak was - on the first night the power got, still hotel maintained some critical services working, e.g. AC worked on ventilating, so we could sleep ok despite record-breaking heat on the days of our stay. They probably have on-site generator”

“The shower head in room 4 barely spit out any water. The kitchen was closed which defeated the point of it being a bed and breakfast experience. The pool was also not working due to some pump issue which I was unaware of until I arrived. I was under the impression that there was a fully functioning, kitchen and fully working pool. when we got there, we waited about 20 minutes until somebody finally came to check us in after I had to go looking for help.”

“Hotel system was down and delayed check in. We checked in at 330p and the hotel checked another guest in our room around 930p. The other guests tried entering our room 3x, which was very scary. I called the front desk and no answer. Went to front desk and they said the room was showing as vacant. The front staff apologized with no regards for the safety of my family and told me it's because I booked with a 3rd party. Didn't offer me a refund or any accommodation for the mishap.”
