“This is our go to hotel when we visit Red River Gorge. And one of the only hotels with a pool in the red River gorge area!! This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel and have been over pleased both times. It is clean and the staff is friendly. The heated indoor pool is the best feature here, the whole family loves it. The hot tub isn’t as hot as I would like it to be but still nice. The rooms have a mini fridge and microwave which is always nice. I highly recommend this hotel. ”

“Great staff. The shower door leaked and the light blocking shade would only go up halfway making the room dark. ”

“While the location is perfect the lodge itself needs work. It needs updating and a refreshed clean look. The lounge chairs in the lobby are extremely worn and the warm inviting picture on line is no match to the dingy look. The room felt dark and the bed mattress saggy. Cleaning fine.No hot shower due to multiple fuses blowing. Drippy faucet. Night 2 a breaker went. My husband had advised there was a bigger issue after night 1 but the staff did not follow up acco rding. Breakfast for...

“It’s our favourite hotel on the way back from Florida when we’re stopping in Kentucky. Dogs stay free which is such a bonus too. ”

“Conditioner and body soap dispensers broke and sitting on floor of shower. Hair on bottle on wall. Washcloth hanging in shower from previous people that stayed in room. Room smelled like a dog wash with perfume. Not hotels fault and front desk tried to take care of it but young kids were running up and down hall screaming. Front desk were very prompt in handling situation ”

“Soft bed but the whole place was falling apart ”

“Parking was good. Clean room. Staff friendly. The room was a little tight for a wheelchair but we managed. Overall it was great. ”

“Not a new or fancy place to say but a great value for a clean comfortable visit. Very convenient location just off of i-75. Lighted parking was behind hotel. Disappointed that pool was closed.”
