“Room was very clean, comfortable beds with clean sheets. Room tastefully decorated and still pet friendly. Easy access location being right on the highway. ”

“Stayed here as an overnight stop and it was great. Rooms were very clean with what looked like new carpet/furniture. We also managed to grab dinner in the restaurant when we arrived which was also great. Hospitality of the owners was exceptional”

“Basically you get what you pay for. Room was clean and check in was smooth but the handbasin in the bathroom was so small that water get splashing out.”

“Lovely quiet unit, easy check in process and amazing decor throughout the unit. Easy , covered and safe parking. Kitchen well set out with numerous appliances. Extremely well equipped with little extras such as cling wrap, baking paper and Alf oil. Was surprised to see salt and pepper shakers together with cooking spray and everything required for tea and coffee. Friendly staff and beautiful setting.”

“We stayed in Cabin no:1 which had beautiful garden & beach views from the front deck. There was a bbq, outdoor setting and a bench with stools which was perfect for sitting back relaxing with a drink or two. Inside was clean, spacious and well equipped with a washing machine & dryer if needed. 1770 Sunset Cabins is perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway.”

“Large apartment very spacious. Easy check in process. Did have old furniture needing refurbished and lots of dust. The Sheets smelt off not sure if it was the bedding or mattress. Apartments these days don’t seem to be cleaned very well. Would love if they had a headboard on the bed. Apart from that overall good place to stay. Nice big kitchen area. Lovely view. Excellent location. Parking easy.”

“From the time I arrived, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was at the rear of the pub, very clean and tidy, the food was outstanding. Would highly recommend staying there. ”
