VISTA DA FAVOLA
Svegliarsi, aprire la finestra e trovarsi davanti il golfo di Napoli e qualcosa di unico e insuperabile. Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 2 notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il Personale tutto, sempre con il sorriso e pronti a risolvere le tue richieste. Le camere accoglienti e con un pavimento unico. Scegliere le camere con vista sul golfo e non vi pentirete. La colazione ottima e molto varia. Il prezzo buono. Consigliato.

Lontano dal centro
Bella struttura con vista mozzafiato, purtroppo troppo rumore proveniente dalla strada, ma anche eventi serali nel parco dell'hotel. Fino a mezzanotte impossibile dormire. Ci hanno fatto cambio della camera senza avvisarci. Lontano dal centro, taxi per la stazione costa 10 EUR (andata), bisogna prenotare presso reception. Buona colazione, ottimi cornetti e le crostate, di altissima qualita'. Purtroppo niente piscina e veramente lontano dal mare e Castellamare centro. Camere pulite, bagno aveva bisogno di risistemazione, ma ci abbiamo trovato lo shampoo, crema, bagno schiuma, dentifricio, ecc., non mancava proprio niente!

Das Hotelpersonal war leider unfähig, und viel schlimmer noch unwillig, in englischer Sprache kommunizieren zu wollen. Das Frühstück bestand aus einem Croissant und einem Schokobrötchen mit Kaffee. Einen Wäschereiservice wie in der Hotelausstattung beschrieben gibt es nicht.

Nice Italian hotel
Beautiful hotel that obviously is booked for many occasions. For the week that we were there, there was either a wedding or other formal event. Our room faced the entrance and in honesty, even when there were fireworks, it was not that noisy. It appeared to be a hotel for visiting Italian families (which isn't a bad thing), a few staff were confident in speaking English with us (we did try leaning a few basic phrases which they seemed to appreciate). The room was spotless, the TV only had Italian channels, small but clean bathroom and air con. I found the bed to be very hard and if you are fidgety in bed then your partner will feel every movement. Saying that, as the hotel is just of the main road, you can't hear too much of the normal traffic noises, however I did notice lots of emergency vehicles with sirens. Breakfast was included, which was advertised as a buffet, but on our first couple of mornings, it was two (huge) sweet pastries and a plate of sweet biscuits and jams. We both really missed something savoury like cold meats or cheese. The coffee machine gave out perfectly fine coffee, however the juice machine didn't work on the first day and tasted like cordial as opposed to juice. We didn't end up going to breakfast until the last day. On our firsts evening, we stayed in for dinner (we were the only ones) and it was a small menu understandably. We both ordered the fried steak (very grisly) which came with a dressed green salad, ending with a plate of fruit

Godt hotel med flot udsigt.
Hotellet har en formidabel udsigt, så vælg et værelse med havudsigt. Hotels.com havde desværre formidlet et forkert værelse, men hotellet fik rettet fejlen efter nogle dage så vi fik værelset med den bedste udsigt og balkon. Det er et godt sted til udflugter omkring Napolibugten. Morgenmaden er ok uden at være fantastisk.

Good hotel with a traffic problem
The hotel and staff was great, but we didnt have a car so it was pretty difficult to get around, also to cross the street outside the hotel, just loads of traffic. But if u have a car and want to visit places around, this hotel is good

They try hard but...
The hotel itself was quite nice. However, only one employee speaks English and he is rarely around. They try their best but it is very difficult to get anything answered. They double booked our room so we had to change rooms the second day in order to get the balcony we had paid for. The location is EXTREMELY hard to find. We got lost and the GPS sent us into a downtown area with really narrow one way streets with hairpin curves. Use caution and stay on the highways. Breakfast is good but dinner isn't.

Lovely hotel, good for visiting further afield
5 night stay, car a must as hotel 20 minute walk (down steep hill - and up hill back!) from train station and remote from anything else. Beautiful gardens and views. Main road outside very noisy. Used for local events and weddings so car park can get full. Castellammare is not (yet) a tourist destination. Hotel staff very friendly and despite some communication difficulties were very helpful

Beautiful view and garden
This hotel is on a hillside and was hard to get in and out of in a vehicle. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The view from our room was stunning, despite a crane being parked across the street and a building under construction across the way. The food was excellent. The room was small but clean, but the sink leaked. Free wifi but was very spotty and slow. Breakfast variety was good. We were happy for the price.

Hotek ok, widok cudowny!
Hotel ok, choć jego czasy świetności już minęły :) W pokojach czysto, obsługa bardzo fajna, pomocna. Widoka z tarasu za to świetny, na całą okolicę. Miałem auto z wypożyczalni, więc atrakcje wszystkie w zasięgu ręki - Wezuwiusz, Pompeje, Sorrento.

Love the place, many attractions near by. We rent a car and went around Napoli, Pompeii is just right ther - YOU CANNOT MISS THIS! Is a must to see - Tons of history.

Hôtel accueillant, très bien situé.
Depuis cet hôtel nous avons pu très facilement accéder aux environs: côte Amalfitaine, Pompëi, Naples,Capri... Des navettes gratuites ont été mises à notre disposition pour aller et revenir de la gare et du port .

Hotel con vistas fascinantes
Lo mejor fue el personal, sobre todo su director, que supo corregir un problema de overbooking, acompañándome personalmente a otro hotel donde quedé realojado esa noche. Aparte de esto, me sorprendieron las vistas tan maravillosas de la bahía de Sorrento que se divisan desde sus instalaciones. El hotel en sí no está mal: Aparcamiento gratuíto propio, wifi, desayuno muy bueno, limpieza aceptable, personal agradable .... No le doy un diez porque tiene algunas pegas : Es algo ruidoso al estar junto a la carretera, y está un poco "Chapado a la antigua" en cuanto a mobiliario, pero en general aceptable y lo mejor sus vistas a la bahía.

Cet hôtel jouit d'une situation exceptionnelle avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe de Naples. Toutefois, la route qui passe devant l'établissement est terriblement bruyante. De plus, elle rend l'accès et le départ de l'hôtel périlleux. Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel et les deux soirs des fêtes d'anniversaire avec orchestre ou DJ jusqu'à passé minuit ont eu lieu. Le petit déjeuner était un peu chiche.

Goede service, mooie accomodatie. Ligt aan het einde van de "Panorama" weg als je vanuit het centrum komt

A nice place to eat, but not to stay the night
Negatives: the front desk staff who were working when we arrived did not speak English and they seemed unfriendly (perhaps it was just the language barrier although this was not an issue at other places we stayed in the area); the bed was very hard; because the hotel is situated on the main road between Castellammare di Stabia and Sorrento, there was busy traffic all night long and even into the morning and it was hard to sleep due to the noise; there was dust on the bathroom floor and the soap dispensors were empty. Positives: the food from the restaurant was very good and the waiter spoke English and could help translate the menu; the view from the room overlooking the Bay of Naples and Mt. Vesuvius was breathtaking; upon check-out, the man working at the front desk spoke English and was very friendly
