Hotel vicino a Mount Washington City Park - Louisville

“The hotel was nicely decorated and up to date. Check in staff friendly and quick. The beds were comfy with a nice choice of pillows to pick from. Breakfast was superb. I would definitely stay here again.”

“I would like to personally thank again, Ivory, she was a super nice person, very accommodating, her customer service was impeccable, everything was clean, and in order, ask the staff, even the coaching staff was very nice, they're kids had a great time in the swimming pool”

“The room was very clean (and huge). The staff is friendly. Breakfast was good. The hotel is a little dated, but I would definitely stay here again.”

“Staff was very friendly! Hotel is close to shopping, restaurants, activities and 15 mins away from the airport. Basic room that was a little dirty and the chair had a stain and needs an update but the beds were spotless! Hotel looks like it needs a refresh. I would stay here again even with the little issues!”

“Definitely needs updating but it was fine for one night. We did not see any bed bugs which is important. We did not get to check in timely, along with multiple other guests, and therefore we were late getting to our concert missing half of it. I attempted to get a refund but have had no response from the hotel. We drove 4 hours to be here and had no other hotel options as the whole city was sold out. Very disappointing. “Pictures. 1. Homeless person passed out in parking lot. Not in the best of neighborhoods. Room smelled of urine. Holes in the bed cover. Overall, we didn't feel safe staying there, so I immediately checked out after seeing the room and the condition. I immediately called Expedia. Not helpful. Drove 150 miles back home.”

She told me the owner wanted to know and she is bat crazy. I told her 3 and asked why? She stated that they had seen people coming in and out of my room.
