“Staff was helpless”

“Linens weren’t changed prior to check in. The pillow cases were obviously reused. There was beard hair in the sink, dirt in the shower. Gaps and cracks in caulking.”

“The room was ok it just had a strong smell need better cleaning and better pillows 2 small pillows on king bed”

“Bedbugs were found in the room. I have pictures and videos of them after being accused of bringing them. There are bedbug carcasses in the bed frame. I have never been more disrespected by a hotel chain in my life. Do not stay here! They will not accommodate anything!!”

“A huge disappointment with the breakfast area. And also the noise level from guest in the hotel at 3am was terrible and took time for the staff to do something about it.”

“Walked into the room and there was a foul odor. We reported it to the desk and they quickly moved us to a different room and helped us with the move. After that it was a very pleasant stay.”
