Hotel vicino a Mount Washington Park - Louisville

“I enjoyed the modern feel of the hotel and the room design was great overall. A few things kept it from being a 5-star stay for me: breakfast had limited options and could be tastier, and the bathroom needed a deeper clean. The room lighting was also quite dim. When I asked staff for help with the guest computer, they said they didn’t know and didn’t offer to find someone who could. With a bit more attention to these details, this could be an excellent hotel.”

“Definitely needs updating but it was fine for one night. We did not see any bed bugs which is important. We did not get to check in timely, along with multiple other guests, and therefore we were late getting to our concert missing half of it. I attempted to get a refund but have had no response from the hotel. We drove 4 hours to be here and had no other hotel options as the whole city was sold out. Very disappointing. “The room was very clean (and huge). The staff is friendly. Breakfast was good. The hotel is a little dated, but I would definitely stay here again.”

“Staff was very friendly! Hotel is close to shopping, restaurants, activities and 15 mins away from the airport. Basic room that was a little dirty and the chair had a stain and needs an update but the beds were spotless! Hotel looks like it needs a refresh. I would stay here again even with the little issues!”

“This place honestly shouldn’t even exist. From the time we arrived (after 2:30 and check in is supposed to be at 2) it was a crap show. Our rooms weren’t ready because they had to call the police to kick out people who refused to leave from 6 different rooms. That I later found out were alleged prostitutes. We went to late lunch and came back and one room wasn’t ready and the room they gave us wasn’t acceptable. We had a concert to go to so we figured that would give sufficient time to prepare...
