“The pool was not accessible. Unfortunately, we did not check our sheets close enough and found out they were very badly stained. ”

“Good value for your money…. BUT my hotel room was barely cleaned. Did not offer any complementary concessions for my extreme inconvenience. When I mentioned it to the front desk, they informed me that the room staff had went home for the night. I also retold front desk the next day, demanded the room to be clean when I did speak to a staff member the next day, they instructed that I should have been able to change rooms however still nothing done for my inconvenience. “In desperate need of a refresh. Staff had poor customer service. Things were dirty in room and bathroom wasn’t clean. Would not recommend unless you are on a strict budget. ”

“The only issue that we had was being woken at 6:00in the morning by the sound of boxes being thrown on the floor. We had a room next to the kitchen pantry. Well it was truck delivery day and so while we were sleeping the staff was unloading breakfast supplies outside in the hallway. Make sure you ask for a room that is not close to the kitchen. ”

“I wish they could pay more attention to cleaning the common areas and elevators. Every time I enter the elevator the floor was wet and smell disgusting.”
