“At night there is a terrible noise coming from the fake fire place that only turns on for 30 seconds. The restaurant is an over glorified dump can't make a mojito and over priced. Staff act like they straight out of cliche caricature of Williamsburg Brooklyn. Parking lot is kind of a travesty. Def not worth the trip or what I paid for”

“Our stay was comfortable and lovely. The owner helped us a lot with recommendations on where and when to go for dinner, warned us about long lines, and even gave us great advice for skiing. The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious!”

“It was a joy to be there for it had everything including real cups and saucers with spoons! No paper cups, which I appreciated. Plus live bamboo in the room and more than adequate bathroom products including new tooth brushes. Real art and prints on the wall that gave it a very Asian- European flair. Lovely”

“Photos are misleading when it comes to the glass haus. A lot of their rooms are not fully maintained. We could not use hot tub, some doors in the revere room didn’t lock, the heat stopped working by morning hours and the room was absolutely freezing. No one is on site if you need immediate help. I want a partial refund. ”

“When we arrived, there was a ton of confusion. A film crew was setting up to film scenes in an upcoming Amazon film. We were directed to the rear of the property as we were mistaken as some of the crew. When we finally did get to check in with the front desk they told us that "this was only going on for the next few days" which meant our entire stay. Next, after settling into our room, our vehicle was entirely surrounded by gear belonging to the film crew. There was poor communication between...

“Just got back from a weekend at a postcard cabin in the Catskills and honestly… it was such a beautiful experience. The cabin itself was EVERYTHING I needed peaceful, cozy, and surrounded by nature. Waking up to the quiet, fresh air, and just unplugging from everything felt so refreshing. It really gave that perfect escape-from-the-city vibe. “Great stay at Cave Mountain Motel. My son and I enjoyed four days of skiing and this motel was the perfect home base. Convenient location, comfortable accommodations, and great hospitality. Would happily stay again.”

“The room was clean and spacious. Easy to get into and leave. The bed was incredibly comfy. The heater struggled a little with how cold it was (less than 20 degrees) but we kept it on the whole time and it was adequately warm. The bathroom was very big and the shower was really nice. ”
