“Lisa was great. She was very personable, informative, helpful and obviously working very hard to make up what appeared to be a staff shortage. Disappointed that the pool was not open for understandable reasons. Continental breakfast seem lacking for adults. Receptionists seem to be wearing too many hats and having to leave the desk, which pointed toward staff shortage. “Housekeeping came into my room, took the loose change (dollars) I left on the table, but didn't do anything else for me.”

“We enjoyed our stay but I was a little disappointed with the lack of usb charging stations, i didn't bring mine, so they loaned us a device. They were very helpful.”

“The front office at check in and check out was great. The room was ok, carpets were dirty and had unknown splatter marks on the walls. The bed was good, pillows were great and the shower was good. The toilet didn’t flush properly. Was only a one night stay, but I would not come back.”

“I booked a room on Expedia as a non-smoking king size room. When I checked in they gave a smoking room king size and was told that since I booked through a third party this is what I had to take. Not thrilled and the room and floor smelled terrible. Room service was not offered so I had to beg the staff for clean towels and wash clothes for the second night. Overall the hotel and casino was nice but not thrilled with the resort fee charges that everyone seems to be getting away with nowadays.”

“I booked here for the view of the river from the room, and it was amazing. The room was very spacious. However, the wall paper in the bathroom was peeling away. You could see light all the way around the door. The eaves on the river side was rotten with missing parts that had fallen away. The toilet was so low it seemed like a daycare toilet. There was hair and a bug in the bath tub.”

“When I first arrived into room ,the floor was not swept,dead flies on window sill,curtains that were not hung properly holes in curtains. No outdoor seats or table like every other room had,had to take next room over when they left.Day 2 toilet was plugged had to ask for plunger and do myself. I was told at check in I would have to ask for clean towels so I knew that.But being reserved for 3 days should not have to ask for more coffee or cups. TV very small to see from beds. “The inn was quaint and quiet. It was set up beautifully for being in Bryson City. The room was clean and spacious. Very comfy feeling. The breakfast every morning was delicious and had many options to choose from that would cater to all types of dietary needs. We added another day to our stay at the last minute and the inn was extremely responsive and easy to work with.
