“Unfortunately the water in the shower for both mine and my cousins rooms would cut off after 10 seconds of running then you’d have to turn it in and off again to work. Needless to say shower was dreadful. Room itself good although the impression on website site for a family room was not what was presented ( it was just a normal room with a single bed out in it ) no milk : (”

“Was warm and clean. Had a lovely friendly LAB dog. Not a large parking space in front but ok for a small car”

“The Copthorne is a central and easy place to stay in Palm North . Updated exterior is contemporary and more appealing . Great that rooms now have heatpump/ AC. Reception staff always helpful and ensure a smooth check in/ out.”

“ Both myself and elderly dad were grateful to stay here. The staff were amazing, helpful, and mindful allowing us to upgrade to a bigger unit. The unit was clean and serviced the days we stayed, beds comfy n warm and loved its layout.. The motel is also conveniently postioned, close to town, cafe and dairy across the road also. ”

“basic room with kettle, fridge, toaster, iron and small microwave. milk and tea provided but take your own coffee and sugar conveniently next to takeaway/"restaurant" and on main highway near race course comfortable queen bed tho" only 2 pillows - no spares effective heat pump so room easily warmed no frills but economy and could stay there again on main road but little road noise”

“This is an excellent motel, it was so clean and we loved the set up of the space with separate kitchen and bathroom in the larger room we booked. I was so impressed to see a recycling tub in the kitchen. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The location is very handy to town, just a short drive. Highly recommend.”
