It was such an AMAZING experience, you get unlimited time with the capybaras if your spending the night and they are so well taken care of and are so happy, I was petting them for hours! The town around is just the best too, such a rich community, I highly recommend just walking around for a few hours and talking to the locals and getting the local food! “Not what i was expecting for $273 USD. The furniture and accessories were cheap or old (apart from a brand new refrigerator). There was construction right next to our room and our view consisted of a few trees, a tired, old, swimming pool some distant mountains and a giant construction site. “This is my first time in ChiangMai in the last ten years. I just need to get off the rush hours, office hours routine and get relaxed. Starting the day with a great breakfast which provides a lot of options (American, and Asian style). I mean the variety of flavors and healthy foods. Then, take an easy bike ride around the garden for your digestion. Anything you can imagine is all in this amazing botanical garden. After that, get back to the room and stay calm with plenty of space, but...

“We love to stay here. Kanecha's House is located right on the river and is easily walkable within minutes to the market areas. I love the indoor/outdoor rain-shower and the large open outdoor space with the contained air-conditioned room. The bed is so comfortable! It's love;y and green with plenty of plants, cats and an outdoor communal kitchen on the water. Great value for money too. Staff are always helpful and lovely when we have stayed.”
