“This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. I told the resort that my wife is pregnant and asked if the room would be ready on time. They said it would and encourage me to show up to the resort as early as possible. The room was not ready for almost 2 hours until after our check in time. They refuse to be helpful throughout this whole process, and once we checked into the room, there was no hot water throughout the duration of our stay instead of giving us a new room. They...

“Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questo resort in solo pernottamento. Camere grandi e bellissime, tenute e arredate molto bene. Pulizia quotidiana impeccabile. Personale gentilissimo, la tappa in piscina tutti i pomeriggi rendeva piacevolissimo il rientro dalla spiaggia, la vicinissima playa norte. Lo consigliamo assolutamente a chiunque! ”

“My friend and I had a great stay, the room and property were very clean and well kept. The kindness and responsive of the staff was excellent. We really loved the all adult atmosphere and being at an all inclusive resort, bartenders and drinks were really nice. Food options were a little limited in that there was no steak, seafood, or Mexican restaurant options. The breakfast, lunch and other restaurant options were still good though.
