“Customer service was great. However, the rooms need better soundproofing. I was unable to sleep because I could clearly hear the man in the room next to me snoring loudly. There was also hammering noise throughout the night, and I’m not sure if it was related to the airport, but it was disruptive. In addition, I could hear conversations from guests across the hall very clearly from inside my room. I eventually had to put on noise-canceling headphones just to get some sleep. “The pool was huge and clean. Room was kept well and serviced daily. I was disappointed they did not offer any local fresh fruits only white people fruits were offered for breakfast- oranges, apples, honey dew that would have needed to be shipped into the island. Just weird”

“Clean room, nice breakfast but the rooms and other parts of the resort need renovations. At one point the air conditioning blew from the amount of power the resort takes. Then it got fixed within 15 minutes. The private beach is very nice with free chairs to use.”

“From check in to check out everything was perfect. Our room was ready early and they were conjoined as requested. Room staff were great with providing extra towels. Room was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Pool music was great and swim up bar bartenders were great especially Efron. The lobby entertainment was on point. Overall an amazing experience!! Thank you, we will be back.”
