“The pictures in the listing make this hotel look very nice but it's the complete opposite. When we arrived we had to wait 20+ minutes for the front desk lady to check us in. The entire time she was having side conversations on her phone. Once we arrived at our room, we were greated with roaches. Crawling over the walls and even in the toilet bowl. We couldn't enjoy snacks or food without them coming out. There is definitely an infestation of roaches at this hotel. Very upset about this. We let...

“This hotel charges excessive pet fee's and provide no space for pets to do their business except a 3' x 2' space in their parking lot. First hotel I've stayed at that actually ran out of breakfast and coffee! They are also the first hotel to have hot dogs as a breakfast meat lol. The only thing worst than the above is the price per night. We only stayed there becuase the BOK center is across street, but we just won't go to the BOK center due to outragous parking fees.”
