Great hotel, extra helpful staff. Was stuck because of lack of new currency but staff really helped out.

Failed miserably to honor their booking

I was traveling to Mumbai on a short business trip and y flight arrives at the early hours in the morning. i accordingly made a booking for the day before so that when I get to the hotel at 5:30 am my room will be ready. I was shocked when I arrived to be told that the room I booked is not available, and they are fully booked and will take a few hours before they give me a room! To me this is totally unacceptable. and Leela did not honor their booking commitment. The staff that handled the checking-in made a huge mistake of telling me that we don't have any room now. Upon my displeasure and request to speak to the manager on duty, only them the hotel said that they will give me a temporary room until my booked room is available which I was told in a few hours (2-3 hours). later when I went to get my room, again I was told that my room will not be ready for a few more hours! You can imagine my frustration and anger. I booked Leela, as a few years ago I stayed at the same hotel and enjoyed the comfort of the room and hotel. I was told by the hotel staff that as a compensation they would refund the one night that I paid that was not able to use the room I booked. I shall wait and see if this will happen or it will be simply just nice words with no action. Leela, sorry you have failed me miserably and never again.

Contro: front desk staffs and room decoration, also some sign to indicate if there is any complimentary items.
Hotel ambience was really good but it was disappointing that the staff at the front desk were not that friendly and welcoming. Usually the rooms will have some greetings to welcome the guests but here I couldn't find any , most importantly there were no sign of any complimentary items in the room(not even water). On the other hand the house keeping staffs were extremely friendly and welcoming.

Posizione: Close to Airport and to a large shopping malls
This hotel is very nice with very friendly and friendly employees, I will not hesitate to recomend this hotel to everybody.

Beautiful hotel for the price

Pro: Service, help, cleanliness - everything.
Contro: Not much!
Posizione: Close to airport, but everything else is a commute with terrible traffic conditions; yet, it has the serenity that can be rather enjoyable
From the check-in time of 5 am till our departure, we were treated like valuable guests

Contro: Rooms are looking a bit dated
Good staff but had to cancel one night due to an emergency and do not appreciate that the hotel will not be able to process a refund for same.
