At reception greeted by shuffling, man clad in a food stained singlet advertised photos were 10 years out of date and gave us false impression. We had paid online, but found another motel $20 cheaper which was clean, spacious. It was worth having to pay twice. ”

“Staff were friendly and helpful. The accommodation I had was in good condition and had all I needed for my stay. My Doggie enjoyed his time but unfortunately it rained a lot. The only thing was that the internet was not the best.”

“Service was terrible at the Peninsula. To be charged a $50 fee for someone who was on site to let us in our room at 8:30pm when we returned from dinner was an absolute rip off. Could understand if it was late at night and if someone had to travel to the motel to let us in. But this wasn’t the case and I feel we were completely ripped off by this fee.
