“Our overall stay here was lovely. The view from the balcony was excellent with loads of activities to watch in the harbour and in the air. It is quiet, clean and comfortable. The issue is the steep hill for getting back from bars, shops and restaurants but you know the property is on a slope before you go. There are passing public minibuses so you just have to wait for one to get back up the hill! John, the host, who lives on site, is very good and helpful. Would recommend. ”

“I recently stayed at Secrets St. Lucia and unfortunately would not recommend this resort. The experience started off on the wrong foot with a very confusing check-in process that took nearly an hour. Throughout the stay, most of the staff came across as rude and disengaged, with a few notable exceptions—Sanchey, in particular, was wonderful and stood out for their kindness and professionalism. The rooms themselves were disappointing. They felt dirty and not well-maintained, although I will say...

“La struttura e' in una posizione ottima, ha 5 mimuti piedi dal centro con tutti i servizi a 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia.Le camere sono un po' vecchie da aggiornare,ma pulite. la piscina piccola ma sufficiente per rilassarsi. il personale è molto gentile, alla reception Sharon è stata gentilissima la prima sera che siamo arrivati ci ha spiegato tutto anzi ci ha anche accompagnato in centro per farci vedere la zona, anche Mischel e Zack sono stati sempre gentili, come il resto delle persone...
