Comodo nuovo appartamento di 3.5 locali in una casa privata

Il confortevole nuovo attico di 3.5 locali con ingresso indipendente è composto da 2 camere da letto, soggiorno, studio e 2 bagni. L'appartamento è assolutamente nuovo ed è stato completato nel gennaio 2019. La cucina è completamente attrezzata.
L'appartamento ha un'architettura insolita con grandi finestre, soffitto alto 5 metri ed eleganti travi in legno. È stata prestata particolare attenzione al fatto che, come possibile, solo i materiali da costruzione naturali trovano l'applicazione.
Gli ospiti hanno un appartamento completo per loro con un ingresso separato dal parcheggio. È anche possibile utilizzare Gardenmice. L'area barbecue è completamente attrezzata con mobili da giardino, ombrellone e barbecue. Un grande trampolino è disponibile per i bambini.
Il centro città è raggiungibile in 20 minuti. raggiungere direttamente con l'autobus. La fermata dell'autobus è proprio di fronte alla casa. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano un pub, un McDonalds, un ristorante, una chiusa, un canale e un parco. Se hai bisogno di qualcosa, siamo sempre disponibili per te. Non vediamo l'ora della vostra visita!

We loved our time here. I travelled with both my teens and the flat was big enough for the four of us. It was extremely clean, just as described, great location.We truly enjoyed our time in this flat. Landlord was quite nice.

Der Aufenthalt war schön und entspannt. Lage in direkt in Münster. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kleine Sonderwünsche wurden ohne zu zögern erfüllt.

Enjoyed a long weekend at Stan's place. The place was immaculate and comfortable - had everything needed. Everything we needed in terms of bedding, bathroom amenities as well as a well equipped kitchen was provided. Loved all the natural sunlight through the windows although it might get warm in the middle of the summer. Unfortunately, we did not get a chance to personally meet Stan as we had a very busy couple of days but he was good at communicating via message. Just 2 things to note which are more about booking the property itself than the quality of the property - (A) unless you have a car, you'll be relying on the bus system to get into Munster proper so you'll need to plan around it, particularly on weekends - there is a bus stop literally in front of the property but it only comes 1x/hour. Otherwise, there are other bus stops within 15 and 20 minutes. (B) if you have any issues with climbing stairs, this might not be the property for you. As you walk in, there is a study and a shower with the washing machine/dryer but the bulk of the space is up a spiral staircase. Also, one of the bedrooms is up a very "janky" set of steps with no hand rail. Overall, good quality and value for our stay.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war freundlich und einfach. Für unser Baby gab es sogar einen Stuhl oder Babybett zur Auswahl. Der zentrale Raum ist groß und hell. Zu einem Schlafzimmer geht es ein paar Stufen hoch unter den First, sehr gemütlich. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ebenfalls gut. Gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss eines Hauses und hat schräge Wände. Die Wohnung ist, bis auf eine Mikrowelle, voll ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Es führt von der Eingangstür eine enge, gewendelte Raumspartreppe nach oben in die Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat keine Tür und kann nicht verschlossen werden. Da es kein abgeschlossener Bereich ist, wurde es nicht richtig warm und es zog teilweise. Durch die schrägen Wände. müssen große Menschen im Badezimmer vor dem kleinen Waschbecken gebückt stehen, Die Waschtischarmatur steht außerhalb des Waschbeckens, so daß man, wenn man den Wasserhahn schließen will, mit der nassen Hand hinübergreifen muss. Dadurch wird der Schrank auf welchem das Waschbecken steht nass. Dieser Schrank ist ein Holzschrank, die obere Platte auf welchem das Waschbecken befestigt ist, ist foliert. Man muss vom Fußende ins Bett krabbeln, da das Bett sehr dicht an der schrägen Wand steht und man anders nicht hinein kommt. Als wir von einem Ausflug zurück kamen, saß auf unserer Kühltasche, welche neben der Tür zum Schlafzimmer stand, eine lebendig Maus. Der Vermieter hat die Maus nach draußen gebracht und in der Wohnung ein Bekämpfungsmittel verteilt. Alles in allem hatten wir aber einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und konnten einige Ausflüge unternehmen.

Die Wohnung ist maximal für vier Personen geeignet, da es keinen "richtigen" Tisch gibt. Spielen oder gemeinsames Essen ist so nur bedingt möglich. Auch ein Couchtisch fehlt. Positiv: sehr sauber, modernes Bad und Stan hat umgehend für Weingläser gesorgt, die wie vieles andere fehlten.

Großzügig geschnittene Ferienwohnung, etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum! Alles wie beschrieben und mit aktuellen Fotos! Der kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und man kann schnell mit einer Antwort rechnen.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit, die FeWo hat alles was man braucht. Insbesondere haben wir uns über die Ventilatoren + Fliegengitter gefreut. Jedoch könnte sie an der ein oder andere Stelle ein paar Schönheits/ Renovierungsarbeiten gebrauchen. Das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Gerne wieder!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this house. It's location was very convenient to multiple bus stops, restaurants, canal, etc and was an easy commute to Muenster. Stan was very accommodating with all of our needs during our month-long stay. Would definitely stay again.

Die Wohnung war in einem Topzustand. Es war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Austattung war absolut ausreichend. Internet hat gut funktioniert.

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, Öffis sind gut zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind etwas weiter weg, da bietet sich ein Auto an. Gutes Restaurant in der Nähe. Inserat stimmt recht genau mit dem Objekt überein. Einziges Manko: ein Bidet gibt es nicht (mehr). Schade. Insgesamt aber empfehlenswert.

Sauberkeit und Ausstattung waren nicht so doll, Internet ist zwei Tage ausgefallen, die Treppe zum oberen Zimmer war eine Zumutung! Baustellen Lärm haben dann den Rest besorgt… Wer ein Abenteuer sucht ist hier wohl richtig, ich war mit meinen Kindern da, würde ich so nicht empfehlen!

Wir waren 8 Tage mit 6 Personen (3 EW, 3 Kinder) in dieser Ferienwohnung. Es gibt keine 6 vollwertigen Schlafmöglichkeiten, nur 5. Das Schlafsofa ist vollkommen "tot" - Schlafen unmöglich. Verdunklung im Küche/Wohn/Essenzimmer nur bedingt möglich. Wir haben uns eine Matratze von Verwandten besorgen müssen, um dieses Sofa nutzen zu können. Sitzmöglichkeiten für mehr als 3 Personen mittels eines Plastiktisches, den wir hinter dem Sofa gefunden haben, möglich - aber nicht sehr praktisch, da dann der gesamte Raum zugestellt ist. Die Vermieter waren zur Übergabe nicht anwesend - was grundsätzlich kein Problem ist. ABER: Die Wohnung war nicht wirklich gereinigt - ein absolutes no-go! Die Spülmaschine war voll mit dreckigem Geschirr, eine Grundreinigung sicherlich und offenkundig Monate her. Geschirr und Besteck waren nicht ausreichend für 6 Personen vorhanden (es hatte nicht einmal jeder einen Teller oder einen Löffel). Das wurde dann - das muss man zugute halten - auf Nachfrage aber sehr schnell vom Vermieter korrigiert! Ausstattung der Küche dennoch eher unterdurchschnittlich. Die Wohnung an sich hat eigentlich sehr viel Potential - dies wird allerdings nicht ausgeschöpft. Viele offensichtlich unfachmännisch zurechtgebastelte Ecken. Die Treppe zu einem der Schlafzimmer ist lebensgefährlich, zumal das Geländer vollkommen unzureichend ist. Ich habe mich nicht getraut, es auf Belastbarkeit zu "testen" - es wäre 100%ig kaputtgegangen. Lage ist OK für Unternehmungen in und um Münster. Es fährt gefühlt alle 2 Minuten ein deutlich hörbarer Zug vorbei - das hört sich aber weg. Den auf den Bildern ersichtlichen Spielplatz/Garten erreicht man NICHT. Aufgrund der gesamten Unordnung/Baustellensituation am und rund um das Haus haben wir dies auch nicht weiter versucht / nachgefragt. Fazit: Wir kommen mehrmals im Jahr nach Münster - in diese Ferienwohnung werden wir allerdings NICHT mehr einbuchen! Schade!

Das Beste zuerst: die Wohnung war super sauber! Negativ: eine Gartentischplatte und ein Stück Treppe hinter der Couch, ein Klimagerät daneben und ein Ventilator im Schlafzimmer. Hätte man vielleicht im abgeschlossenen Zimmer unterbringen können. Das Bett war scheinbar neu (da auf dem Foto im Netz ein anderes zu sehen war), aber da kein Platz an den Seiten war, konnte man eigentlich nur vom Fußende reinklettern. Nichts für Ältere mit Rücken- und Kniebeschwerden! Die Matratze war allerdings sehr bequem.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet modern und alles was man brauchte war da. Ruhige Lage und gute park Möglichkeiten vorhanden, würde auf jeden Fall nochmal dort buchen und es weiterempfehlen.
