“Great location, beautifully decorated room and good quality bedding, towels, toiletries etc. However .. our room (9) was TINY .. the gap on one side of the bed was approx 8 inches between the bed and the wall so very difficult to navigate safely particularly at night without stubbing your toe on the one side or bumping into to door handle on the other. “Sadly this property needs huge investment. The whole place is really tired. There was no on there to welcome us and they hadn’t sent us the door code so I had to phone twice before someone would pick up and then had to wait for the owner to arrive to let us in, not ideal after a long journey. We had a garden room - which had thread bare carpets with stains on, the most uncomfortable bed imaginable and it just felt dirty. I thought from the pictures this place looked ok, but I was very wrong...

“We stopped over here on our way from south Wales back to the north west of England. It was a great choice. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The bathroom was excellent. We also had dinner and breakfast here and for each meal the food was excellent. The staff were great too. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.”

“This was the very best hotel and staff. The room was lovely. Staff were friendly, and they couldn't do enough for you. They would do anything in their power to make your stay a pleasurable experience. I would strongly recommend the stay, with the Marina literally two minutes away, and the town center a 10 minute walk away. My only problem was the food.
