Hotel vicino a Muriel Hepner Park - Denville

“Very nice, clean and attentive staff. The towels were nice and fluffy. The breakfast didn’t have waffles, scrambled eggs or sausage. But it had meets and cheeses. The only complaint was a squeak. I didn’t bring it to their attention because my hearing is bad, just take out my hearing aids at night, and I couldn’t hear it. And I didn’t want to move rooms. I did bring it to their attention upon leaving, and I hope it’s fixed for the next guest.”

“The staff was really kind and helpful, and they even assisted me with my poor English. The room was clean and quiet, with a smart TV and everything working perfectly. I was very satisfied with my stay. Thank you!”

“I’ve stayed here a few times for business and have had great experiences however this last time not so much. I didn’t request or pay for a handicap room and was given one. Once I noticed that it was, it was later in the evening and they tried to blame it on my late check-in. Excuse me check-in is not till 4 PM and late check-in is considered 6:30 PM? I’m sorry what? However, it was after 10 PM when I noticed the bathroom was a complete handicap bathroom and under unfortunately had a bad odor and...

“I've stayed here several times....stayed over the 4th of July weekend and NJ had a storm and knocked the lights out at the hotel. I was gonna ask for a full refund but I asked for a day and never heard nothing....NEVER AGAIN!!!”

“AC did not work, elevator only worked going down, not up to the floor room was on. Phones did not work. Calling phone line from cellphone also did not work. Breakfast was not good. Was not told about or provided with breakfast voucher which I paid for through reservation, until I went to the restaurant and was asked for my voucher. Check-in took long... I asked for two spoons from the front desk and they only had one spoon...”
