“Left a trackable electronic device behind. Called the property 5 times in 24hrs. Was blown off, hung up on and left 3 messages for hear of housekeeping and management. Unit had tracking on it and watched it move before it was turned off. Will be filing a police report and continuing to demand the issue be resolved and replacement of my device be satisfied”

“The front desk staff were extremely polite and helpful. There was a small plumbing issue with the toilet but they did give us a plunger seemingly fixing the issue. I would have rated 10 out of 10 if not for the lady handling breakfast she was extremely rude impatient unfriendly): I only ate breakfast one of my 3 dsys because I was appalled by her rude behavior. She made me feel unwelcome and un comfortable. I was there for a funeral and her unkind attitude really upset me.”

“Room had a sofa bed, totally unusable as metal springs visible. Called front desk, they sent 3" foam pad and mattress cover which was dusty and who knows where it had been stored. Chose to close the sofa and sleep on top of the cushions instead. Asked about their 100% satisfaction guarantee or full refund policy and was informed that since I had booked through Expedia I would need to contact them for a refund.”
