“My one comment is that there was noone at the checkin desk when I arrived and the app advised that I needed help from them to complete my checkin. Luckily I figured things out but having a sign welcoming guests, rather than a person, was a disappointing and inconvenient experience. He stopped and talked to me, asked if I was happy with my stay and wanted to know if he could do anything to make it better.
