“Great room and facilities. Staff were prompt to resolve any issues. Private beach and pools made this an enjoyable experience. Breakfast selection was excellent, but be mindful that you have to walk to the main hotel which is a 5 min walk away from the residences, and that there's a seperate reception for the residences, not the main hotel. Overall had a great stay and would like to thank the Residences and Coral Restaurant staff.”

I would like to highlight cleaning of the room was not to my satisfaction and I had a situation where the team could have handled things differently regarding having me having visitors in my room . “E' sostanzialmente un residence, non un vero hotel. Lusso, un po' datato, ma assenza di un bar/ristorante normale (Quello del 61° piano è super-gourmet, spesi 140 euro a testa e mangiato poco!) Buon centro fitness/piscina, con orari di apertura intelligenti (6-24). Colazione troppo lunga poiché disponibile solo con ordine al tavolo, può passare anche un'ora da quando ti siedi a quando hai finito. Suites inutilmente troppo grandi, con salotto enorme e camera poco spaziosa. SArebbe stato meglio...
