“Very quiet and peaceful stay in a comfortable, clean and uniquely decorated room that feels very fun and personalized compared to your usual hotel room. Check-in was very easy, coming in the form of a text message to your phone, containing codes to unlock the front gate, as well as your room. There are only a small handful of rooms available (maybe 6?) so the location is never crowded or noisy, which is appreciated. Overall great stay here, and would definitely book again!”

“I thought nearly everything was perfect. The staff at the desk, the bar, and the breakfast counter in the lobby were kind and personable. It was clean and had fun pictures on the wall, a funky cactus lamp, I had a beautiful view. And the pool was fabulous For morning swim in preparation for a day of conferencing. I loved almost everything...except the design of the room (really just the bathroom). My hip hit the toilet paper dispenser when I used the toilet. The bathroom mirror was only lit...

“I loved this hotel and I will defenetly stay here again next here! The place is just renewed and very very clean. The mood is so relaxed and comfy, my room was pool front with table and chair to sit outide, pool is very quiet and so all the rest!”

“I recently stayed at your hotel and was extremely disappointed with the quality of my experience. The bed and sheets had a strong bleach odor that made the room uncomfortable and unpleasant. I notified a member of the cleaning staff, but no replacement sheets were ever provided. The overall stay did not match the quality or value advertised. I want a refund.”

“Terrific place to stay when you are engaging with U of A and any local businesses. Very centrally located and easy to access anything in the are of the university. One word of caution: parking is at a premium in the area. Very little street parking available. Garage parking is $23 a night while valet is $28. It was a bit unstructured when we arrived late on a week day, which is being kind. Your mileage may vary. Everything else was spot on. Refurbished Embassy Suites building it appears....
