“It was a nice updated hotel. The cable TV was clear, Nespresso machine, shampoo smelled nice and the room came with slippers which was a nice touch. There was no hand lotion or coffee in the lobby though which differs from other similar tiered hotels. However, it's just the trade offs between different hotels. ”

“The staff was really rude to me, the morning that I had to check out, I went for a meeting and it took longer than I expected, came back to check out and I went to apologize for missing the check out, mind you I was supposed to to check out at 11am and I got back to the hotel at 11:23am. I went to apologize to the staff at the front desk and she was really rude and disrespectful to me and kept making terrible remarks and honestly I felt very insulted. “Heating/AC system did not work. Overnight we got insanely hot. Set the temp to 16°, yet woke up and it was 27° in the room. Other than that, it was great! Amazing pool, good room. Parking was expensive for just one night.”

“The staff at the front office was awesome! He was friendly and welcoming. The room was not the cleanest and was falling apart. The sports bar isn’t open and they still had the menu in the room so that was lame. The location is great for getting to the mall and bars/restraunts ”
