“Clean and quiet”

“I’ve stayed here before and didn’t have a bad experience but this time around was rough. We called at noon and asked for an early check in. They said we could check in at 1. We went at 2 and it wasn’t ready. We said we’d just be back at 3 for normal check in time. We walk into our room and they cleaner is in there still. She said it would be another 15 mins. “Nice, clean property”

“The hotel is an older hotel. But it was still nice enough. We had a view of the river, which was nice. We went during the week so the breakfast was not great. We did not get biscuits and gravy or waffles or there wasn’t even a toaster to toast our bread. We didn’t have any bagels. So it was kind of disappointing. We ended up making us a burrito. The eggs, potatoes and sausage were delicious! The swimming pool was too cold! But overall, we had a very nice stay.”

“The property look ran down snd and the rooms have a bad odor and wasn't clean and have roaches and other insects. I checked serval rooms and i just cancel my reservation and left”

“1. The photos on the Expedia web site are fake. At least 20 years old. 2. The room was dirty. 3. No hot water. No toilet paper. 4. The refrigerator was unplugged and moved away from an electrical outlet. I had to move it. 5. The mattress on one bed squeaked whenever I sat or laid on it. 6. The A/C unit thermostat was so dirty from cigarette smoke that I had to clean it so I could move the switch from heat to cool. I had to get the proprietor to fix it. 7. “Our room was clean and comfortable. Heat & cooling controls were easy to operate. Amenities were very good. It felt like an oasis with private parking right at our door and outdoor seating. Walking around the art center we were surrounded by unique art decor and creative and welcoming artists. The staff were friendly, attentive and recommended local places of interest. We highly recommend a stay here. ”

“The room they gave us looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Smelled like sewage. Used (almost empty) toilet paper in the bathroom with no extra rolls. They didn’t put ANY towels in the bathroom. None at all. The tv wasn’t working. The breakfast selection is tiny and everything looked gross and old. ”

“We spent one night here. The staff was friendly and got us into our room on time. The room was clean, although a bit small (I had to squeeze by the ac unit to get into and out of bed). We did not use the amenities, but they did look nice. The cupboard was cute and stocked. ”

“Pool had rust in it and pretty dirty. Tub was pretty dirty looking but overall we had a good stay. Staff was nice especially the breakfast lady and one of the cleaning guys. Lots of restaurants around the area. Probably wouldn’t book again just bc we went for the indoor pool and seeing the shape it was in. ”

“The staff was courteous. Big soccer weekend and soccer mom’s were taking all the snacks that should have been guests breakfast. Older, could use new carpet in the elevator, but overall served our needs. ”
