“The breakfast was awesome. We have seen a sofa in the picture that was not available in the room. The behavior of the staff at the counter while checking in needs improvement. Should be more welcoming, otherwise she was fine. The room was neat and clean, bathroom was very clean, nice. But my wife got a damp smell coming from the shower curtain and bed sheet. Otherwise everything was fine.”

“Very average place. Pretty clean. Nobody on site to help with anything. No bed changes or extra towels. Hopefully that they actually washed the dishes that we used instead of relying on the people before us to wash them.”

“I gave it 3 stars on staff because this is a hotel that operates essentially without staff. They email you a key code to get into your room, but there is no front desk and no visible staff on sight. I’m sure this is why their prices even while the rooms are nice.”

“It is a nice hotel and very clean. The staff who clean do an excellent job. But if I’m honest I’ve had to work with Fairfield booking multiple times in the past and they always are making mistakes. They don’t book dates right, I have seen some be rude to customers, I have been mischarged at times. I have to use this hotel for local events but honestly wished I had betters options just because the front desk people. I have tried to work with sales by email and not get...

“Really liked this hotel - just book it!”

“Only one room was ready at 9 pm the second not til 10 pm. It was a real hardship with two elderly parents and two children to have to wait while the clean rooms to order. Not your typical Marriott stay at all and I am loyal to them. I will say the gentleman on the desk that night was trying his best to accommodate not only me but other guests. It’s a shame they do t set staff up for success with those conditions! I will not stay there again. ”

“The overall stay was okay. We were on the 3rd flood. The walls were paper thin! We had people next to us shouting AND could hear them snoring. That is how things the walls were. We barely got any sleep.”

“Breakfast was almost a 5⭐but both days the eggs were not even warm as well as the hash browns and sausage. Something that is offered everyday and hot requires better attention. Variety and other options were great. Room and hotel amenities were clean and staff was very courteous.”
