“My family of 3 stay here about every six weeks. We have been staying at the 506 for about 8 years now. While we love the location, the staff at breakfast, and the pool/hot tub, the shared spaces during this visit seemed worn, not the cleanest and the number of staff was sparse. They have increased their prices since the new owners took over about a year ago and although they’ve updated the rooms with paint, new linens, decor, it seems the family vibes and familiarity are non-existent. ”

“Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. The Inn is historic, in a lovely spot, and reasonably priced. Dining recommendations were spot on. ”

“Nice location. We had a nice room with porch. It was separated from the main building but it was just in front of it. Porch was not very clean as the outside of the main bldg but our room was very comfortable and we used the fireplace. Breakfast is super.”

“We enjoyed our stay. It is a unique place with a nice swimming pool. The indoor waterfall, turtles, fish, and lots of plants make the interior very pleasant. Great breakfast! Recommend it ! ”

“The person at the front desk gave me permission to stay longer, until 12:30 and then an extra 15 minutes, which allowed me to finish my work, work out, and shower. Much appreciated!”

“Kind of what you would expect for the price - that said, it is right along the river and close to Hanover, which is a bonus. The bed and sheets were comfortable. Pillows were as hard as rocks. Bathroom had pee stains on the wall next to the toilet.”

“The room was clean. Plenty of seats for everyone. The kitchen has dishes, utensils, bowls, pots, casserole dish, knives. Beds are comfortable. I will definitely return for a stay and recommend to others. ”
