“Location was excellent and it was its own resort. Staff Rabia was very helpful in a smooth check in and issues I had with an initial cancellation due to family emergency. Many of the staff can speak Korean and Chinese which was helpful! Staff at the breakfast buffet were also very good. Lots of variety and would recommend this. Will be recommending the hotel to family and friends.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Josun. From the moment we pulled up our car, someone greeted us and help us bring in our luggage. For the money that we paid, we expected the room to be newer/nicer. Room needed a refresh - wall had tape on it to seal up possible marks or cracks, paint was peeling off and areas were yellow. “It’s very quiet & tranquil place with an ocean view but a bit far to other facilities. Nice hotel tough a little tarnished especially hot top which was not maintained properly. Restrooms as well - bidets Hopefully they would maintain well then could be fine. But every staff was very helpful & very nice!”

“Racist staff that ignores you if you aren't their preferred nationality. We had to go up and ask for the bell man to take our bags after they told us we couldn't park in the front drive...we knew that, we simply wanted to drop our bags with them and be greeted politely as all the other guests from a certain country were.”
