“The room was not that clean. There was long hair inside the shower before I even used the shower. Walls were not cleaned and it was dusty inside. The balcony was filty dusty. Other than that the room was comfortable. I paid for a breakfast included hotel and there was ZERO breakfast served. Just coffee. If you are not serving what you offer, please update your services. The hotel is nice, just gotta make sure you clean the rented rooms a little carefully. The staff was friendly and professional....

Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The pillows were especially amazing-you can always tell a great hotel by how comfortable the pillows are! Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely return.”

“Room small, with no chair. No telephone for emergencies and no radio. Vanity in bathroom too small with open sides so things fall through the sides onto the floor. Towels scratchy and sometimes frayed. Room 412 in desperate need of repainting. Staff very courteous and helpful. Generally, I was disappointed in my room and likely will not stay there again.”

“The jacuzzi had black mold in the calking around tub. The shower being in the jacuzzi with no grab handles is extremely dangerous. Also the bathroom floor was higher than the room floor stubbed my toe a few times.”

“When I arrived at the hotel at 1245 PM and asked if my room might be ready, the gentleman at the front desk said yes it was already clean and ready, but if I wanted to check in I'd have to pay an extra $50 for "early check in" before 4 PM. I questioned this fee since the room was already clean, if I hadn't requested that a room be ready when I arrived why would I be charged extra? He insisted this was the hotel's policy, even though I found out later that several team mates who arrived earlier...
