Hotel vicino a Museum of History - San Juan

“The hotel was cute and clean. The private parking was extremely convenient. The only thing I did not like was the key. The key gave us access to the room but did not give access to the building. We had to ring the bell and wait to be buzzed in every time we came in and out. That was pretty awkward at night, I kept feeling like I was preparing myself for the walk of shame. Lol other than that all was good. I stayed 3 nights in total. Cool.”

“I liked that the place was convenient to freeways. It was quaint and clean. Visible repairs needed to the walls and ceilings. There were no face cloths and they said they don't provide them. The parking was TERRIBLE. You take a ticket to get in the gate and have to go inside the hospital nearby to pay. Parking was $25 per night. There is a structure nearby that is $6.65 per night but it's a walk and if you have luggage or groceries or elderly/disabled person like I did on this trip, it's not...

“My spouse and I usually stick with big hotel chains so we really weren’t sure what to expect , but the room and property overall were just as well kept as the big chain hotels. Property was also really easy to get to and the location was solid. No complaints at all.”

“I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. The room had roaches, which made it feel dirty and completely unacceptable. I contacted the renter immediately, but they were unresponsive and offered no help or solution during my stay. I expected a clean, safe place to stay, but instead I had to deal with pests and poor customer service. The lack of communication and concern for guests made the situation even worse. “Marguerite was a welcoming and helpful host. She has done a great job of making the accessible room truly accessible! My only wish would be for a handrail for the small ramp leading to the main entrance. Arianna made us a delicious breakfast every morning before we started our day. The location is only a few blocks from the beach and a few minutes from Old San Juan. The property is just beautiful and has maintained the island charm. We enjoyed our stay!”

“This was a beautiful hotel and access to Vivo Beach Club is the best perk ever! I definitely plan to stay here again on my next trip. I only have two minor complaints: #1 The bar was closed for most of our stay with no posted hours. Also, we purchased the buffet breakfast one morning at around 10:45am. However, the buffet ends at 11:00am. It would have been nice if the waiter informed us of that before we purchased. Despite these issues, I will be back!”
