“We throughly enjoyed staying at this boutique hotel. Loved the interior design but it’s the service and friendly staff that really make the experience special. For this very reason we shifted from other accommodation in KL to Kloe and we enjoyed it so much that we booked it again at the end of our holiday. Great location too. ”

Rooms are spacious and clean. I had the Junior Suite and I enjoyed having a proper desk, a separate simple seating area, and a kitchen with flowing water.
The attached shopping mall has degraded a bit since pre-covid times and dining options there are very limited now. Anyhow, there is local food in easy walking distance, and a large, modern shopping mall with plenty of dining options a 15 minute walk away.

Our major criticism would be that there are insufficient lifts for the building, with long waits around check in and check out...
