Hotel a Myerstown

“We did not stay the night. I am hoping for a refund from Expedia. Mold and water damaged on ceiling around the light fixture as you walk in. The clientele seemed local with one man carrying his things in a trash bag. There was a very thin wooden door between our room and the next room and we could hear every word they said through it. Even though there were no smoking signs the whole place smelled like smoke. Within minutes I was looking for another hotel and had to drive an hour to find...

“Parking was easy, but did not feel safe. The facility looked nothing remotely close to what was shown by the online photos. We were supposed to have two beds, and only had one. The place was clean, but older, run down, and much more like a “motel” feel, not something I wanted my children at. I was extremely unsatisfied because it felt like we overpaid by at least $150. If the price was half of what we were charged it would have made sense. The promoted room was over marketed and under delivered....

“When I booked the room I requested wheelchair accessible. It was accessible with the wheelchair but the bathroom was not. The staff was helpful. But the ice machine was broken and the room had a weird smell.”

“While the decor may be a little outdated this is by far the cleanest hotel we've stayed at. Cleanliness is extremely important, to us when sleeping somewhere and you can tell this hotel takes pride in keeping their establishment well maintained. The staff was delightful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be back when we are in the area.”

“The property was nice the staff was helpful me and my wife stayed in the jacuzzi suite which was a very nice size but the only thing we did not like was the furniture it was very uncomfortable the couch was very hard not soft so we couldn’t watch T.V The king size bed was very uncomfortable that was also hard and not soft we woke up with back aches also the shower was very slippery so we mainly swam in the pool during the day and ventured out in all I give 3 stars”
