“Some cosmetic updates but average at best. Large groups of people hanging out in parking lot and lobby. Arrived for 2nd night to discover keys had been deactivated. It served the purpose but I wouldn’t choose to stay there again.”

“This location is in a great location if you don’t want to stay in downtown Chicago. However, the cleanliness of the rooms is questionable. We experienced blood stain sheets upon our arrival. There were several spiders in the rooms on the floor and windows. Additionally the beds seem old and are very uncomfortable. The biggest highlight were the staff that supported breakfast. They were very nice, friendly, and responsive to the needs of the guests. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this Hyatt if...

“Le camere sono molto spaziose e questo è sicuramente un vantaggio. Anche il personale della reception è valido. Purtroppo abbiamo notato che, sebbene il livello di pulizia sia nel complesso buono, la struttura non è curata nei dettagli e risulta essere talvolta obsoleta. LA COSA PEGGIORE PERÒ, NEL 2022, È IL WIFI A 13 USD A NOTTE. Non è accettabile ormai... ”
