“It was very clean, very quiet. Keep in mind that the pool is outdoor and has no shade at all so you will need towels for the chairs and sunblock. The continental breakfast was amazing. Our room was very clean and the housekeeping crew were awesome anytime we needed extra towels. 10/10 would stay again, and probably will.”

“We arrived in the evening, the entire lobby smelled like marijuana. The room had no ice bucket, the latch to lock the door was broken and didn’t work, and remote didn’t work for the tv most of the time. The room was hot even with the ac on the lowest setting. The staff was very friendly though.”

“Hotel was clean. Nice friendly staff. Close to the streetcar stop. Bar and grill restaurant was nice. We had an enjoyable stay and would stay here again.”

“The positive was that it had a nice restaurant next door. The stay would have been wonderful had I not found questionable hair in my bedding. After much time and effort on my end, I was able to obtain new bedding.”

“Small intimate boutique hotel. Very comfortable rooms but they are small. If you are of larger size you may find the restrooms difficult to navigate. Also sliding barn door on the restroom provides less sound proofing if you are sharing a room with someone. Really enjoyed the comfortable beds and pillows. Air-conditioner is mounted on wall above one of the beds which works well but may bother some who do like the direct air flow. Lobby coffee shop and bar is really cozy and inviting. Free Fresh...

“I live an hour outside New Orleans so our family enjoys a staycation in the city about once a year. With that said I have stayed at many hotels all over the city and the Henrietta is my new favorite. It was clean, new, quiet. The views of the streetcar were so nice. The coffee shop and lobby was great, and the room was top luxury you can get in a city like New Orleans. Can’t wait to go back”
