It was very dirty. Linens n towels anre changed daily. Condiments are filled daily. The housekeeping person who was cleaning the second floor I believe her name was Mesi was super nice. And it is unsafe to park there as there has been a lot of theft reported for the hotel guest vehicles. Car parking should be improved for the tourist & guest for their safety. ”

She had a late check-In but the staff were waiting for her with happy, smiling faces, asked if she wanted a meal, they were prepared to whip something up for her. She just wanted to rest. “Ok for the price. Great to have breakfast included. Jack helpful and welcoming. Issue with the shower - they were very quick to resolve. Unusual setup in the bathroom in the family quad room, with mesh window between our bathroom and another bathroom (had curtains both sides) so could hear everything... Kids enjoyed swimming in the pool - was clean (not sure that the small fish were meant to be in there but kids were fine with it).”
