“ 今時のチェックイン方法に私は戸惑いましたが受付のお姉さんが手伝ってくださり助かりました。グラバー園や大浦天主堂に近くて立地条件最高！！チェックインの際朝食のお勧めを教えてくれてグラノーラヨーグルトの予約をしました。シナモンが上品で、ドライフルーツも美味しかったです！！！！お部屋もIHコンロ、洗濯機あるし、何より、トイレとバスが別だったのが良かったです！居心地の良い時間となり感謝してます。私は20年前までバスガイドをしてました。　長崎市内も随分変わりましまが、相変わらず長崎の人は優しいですね！ ”

“Excellent value for money! We enjoyed the spacious room, the comfortable beds, and the jet-stream bath (which fills us quickly!) The only difficulty experienced was figuring out how the lights work. This hotel is extremely well situated with "must-visit" museums and many restaurants within walking distance.”

“I’d give this place 10 stars if I could. We were treated like royalty. The place and the rooms are beautiful and elegant. The history and significance of it includes surviving the atomic bomb. There’s 2 original windows in the dining room that survived the bomb. It’s a hidden gem in Nagasaki that I can’t say enough about. Everyone in our party of 5 said they liked this hotel the best. If you want to be treated better than any other hotel you’ve ever stayed at try this place. ”
