Hotel a Nalcrest

“So easy and convenient for families. The food was good, specially with the fresh fruit and yogurt options available. Room was clean, but not sure if floor was scratched or not as clean, same as bath tube floor. The activities were fun for kids (and parents) we enjoyed the creative workshop and my son was delighted with the lego figurine left on his bed upon check in. Most of the staff was great and helpful. Marissa from the Sandy castle restaurant was great, as well as Aria (master builder)...

“Overall it was a good experience. My only complaint would be the outdated bathroom of our deluxe suite lodge and the little to no pressure shower…. Horrible, specially if you have small children. Additionally, very limited dining options. Be ready too girl or cook yourself”

“This is a very barebones facility. Expect very little accommodation particularly at night when the lobby is closed and all services are executed through a night window. It must be noted that the room was in rather good condition and the cleanliness of the facility was overall good. There just is not much in regards to amenities or convenience items.”

“Aside from the toilet seat being broken it was a great place to stay if you’re not familiar with the property, it can be a little difficult to find if you’re coming in at night”

“Highly recommended! We went for My 6 year old son’ birthday and he had such a blast. Staff was amazing at all times. We will be coming back very soon. 🙏❤️”

“For those with pets, all areas of grass were full of sticky weeds and burrs. There is no way to walk a dog without spending 20 minutes cleaning up the mess afterwards.”
