“Tons of lodging options in Sapa, but this is a great choice for the savvy traveler. Close to the action (the lake is just steps away) but on a quiet side street, conveniently located between the town center and the always-interesting Sapa Market. The morning breakfast buffet had plenty of tasty offerings, and the folks at the front desk went above and beyond to help with logistics, recommendations, tours, etc. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!”

“The location was stunning and the views were breathtaking. Our room was out of this world, with huge floor to ceiling windows we were blessed to wake to the beautiful view every day. Staff were loveky, really helpful and friendly, nothing was too much. There were 3 gorgeous residential cats and a beautiful dog at the property. We were so sad to leave and wished our stay had been longer. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed out. ”

The room was spacious and offered a fantastic view of Sapa and the surrounding mountains. “Located at 2 minutes walking distance from the center of Sapa, it's not on the flat part of the city, just a easy and little hill to climb. Nice staff, big hall to use in case you have some waiting time. Bathroom and shower facility to use after your checkout.”

“Beautiful setting, and very helpful staff. Food is passable; don’t expect much in that regard. If you book a trek, be clear about what you want out of the experience. We wanted to see the bamboo forest and waterfalls but ended up spending the day wandering through “authentic” villages. ”

“Had a great stay at Greenland Hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful, the hotel was in a great location - about a 10 minute walk from the square/Sun Plaza. Our room was really spacious, beds were a little hard but still slept well. Also had really nice touches such as snacks on arrival, water each day and free toiletries. ”
