“The hotel is stunning and staff was great. It’s a grand hotel that has an old world charm. We opted for the deluxe suite that provided us with a magnificent view of the town and mountains. We will definitely return to this wonderful hotel. And the breakfast buffet is outstanding. ”

“There are many choices in Sapa, better choose others. It located directly on the road, one side with the valley view, other is directly view to other hotel. However noisy both side. It not exactly same like in the pictures, remember, other side is look directly to other hotel's room.”

“Located remote area far from main road. Amenities are not standard need to bring own daily use. No lighting around. No breakfast available. Far from restaurants. Room key is not safe able to open from corridor. Apart from that Elevator provided. Nice hill view. Overall not recommended to stay there. ”

Accogliente. All’arrivo non abbiamo fatto check in per assenza del personale. Comunque ci è stata assegnata la camera prenotata. Mancanza di acqua calda per la doccia. Nessuna colazione per mancanza di personale. La padrona voleva rimborsarci il prezzo della colazione non usufruita, ma abbiamo rinunciato vista...
