“Hai Phong is not a great town , hotel is really very good ”

“Very nice hotel and friendly staff! Room was comfortable and whole resort area was very nice. Only problem was I had a light that I couldn't control and it would turn on and off all night. Seemed to be a motion sensor light that had broken or gone faulty. I complained and someone came to look at it but it didn't get fixed. Hope it was just something wrong with my room and not all!”

“Clean, good services ”

“The staff was great, especially the folks in the lounge (Dat and the main bartender) breakfast was wonderful, dinner options were a little expensive but mostly pretty good. Spa was nice altho it would be nicer to have men and women allowed to use the same area as my partner and I were the only ones on each side and got kind of bored alone. Area around the space is beautiful and the temple on the mountain is unbelievable! Overall, it was a great stay”

“Good size studio but there was a smell of sewage , air conditioner was noisy and some small ants crawling near the sofa!”

“Excellent customer service, clean facility. Convenient and walkable to nearby attractions. Great infinity rooftop pool and laundry service. The only downfall is the room is very small and the breakfast is very basic. Other than that, everything else was good. ”

“The atrium is gorgeous. The breakfast room is has wonderful light and the cooked to order breakfast was excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious. I really enjoyed the balcony”

“Great place”

“Room was very comfortable and clean. Plenty of hot water, toilet and shower worked great. Cleaning ladies were friendly. Hotel is definitely located in a poor, run down neighborhood. My only real issue was one or two of the girls that worked reception. If you asked for help or asked any questions, they acted annoyed and offered no help or assistance with anything. Very bad attitudes. Please don't interrupt their cell phone time, they will not be happy with you! ”

“Night staff guy was rude. I arrived alone and he ignored me. My female Vietnamese friend then arrived and I couldn’t get rid of the guy. But big problem was he told my friend that he knew a good restaurant that is crowded with locals and they would send a free car for us. My friend speaks Vietnamese so there was no communication problems. Turns out car was a taxi and we had to pay. Then taxi drives by over 100 restaurants and drives a long distance increasing the fare more than three times and...
