Salve Greta per averci scelto Tuttavia ci dispiace che lei non abbia letto con attenzione le descrizioni della struttura e della mancanza dell'ascensore, e non ci abbia recensito con un voto più alto Siamo dispiaciuti quando , per la distrazione nel leggere le descrizioni , le attese non sono soddisfatte Noi abbiamo fatto la scelta di prendere appartamenti ai piani alti perché in questo modo si ha più luce più aria e panoramicità , caratteristiche che non si trovano ai piani bassi considerando che Napoli centro storico patrimonio dell'UNESCO è impossibile installare ascensori per quanto riguarda l'insonorizzazione , dormendo voi con le finestre aperte e non trovandoci nella campagna ovviamente i suoni del caratteristico vicolo stretto del centro storico si sentono di più Basterebbe dormire con le finestre chiuse con i vetri camera a isolamente acustico

We explain the behavior of this guestat the arrival he said that he changed his plan and he had planned a tour for the day after with a person knew in the trip.He had a reservation for 5 nights and he asked us to change the reservation staying only 1 night and he wanted from us a reimbursement of the other 4 nights, and he'd have written a "nice review".This kind of blackmail is absolutely not acceptable, and not honest So finally he left the day after, not because our studio but because he had already planned the tour with his "new friend"He has totally invented the defects because is a review written as spite because we didn't accept to give to him money.

Bonjour madame On est déçu nous aussi que vous écrivez ce commentaire, car on avait déjà discuté au téléphone Je ne sais pas en France mais ici nous on ne compte pas les rampes des escaliers comme des étage L'appartement est au 4 ème étage Le studio est exactement le studio que vous aviez réservé et vous n'avais pas discuté de ça On s'est trompés effectivement sur la taxe de séjour et le jour après Fulvio vous a redonné l'argent de plus avec 2euros de plus (et vous ne mentionné ça, c'est pas correcte) Les ménage on le fait chaque 3 jours, et c'est marqué sur les régles derrière la porte, mais si vous nous l'aviez dit on vous l'aurait fait sans extra On espère que vous avez passé un bon séjour à Naples quand même Raffaele
