“We arrived to our absolutely gorgeous accommodation with easy to follow instructions for access. It was pre heated, lights on and beautifully decorated. We walked to the local pub for dinner and had an awesome breakfast with our voucher from our stay. We were shown our room, which turned out to have a faulty shower, with an alternative given immediately.
