It’s a little thing but it was enough to make me feel valued as a guest. ”

“We had a one night stay for the footy game at Suncorp. I booked the two bedroom
Apartment and we were given a three bedroom apartment. It was nice and clean, spacious, and felt looked after. We used the hot pool and pool facilities, and found them nice and tidy too. The staff were all very professional, and lovely to deal with. ”

“The hotel is very nice all the services are very good except the room cleaning, the cleaner DID NOT clean the bathroom: bath tub, shower room , bathroom sink, toilet, even the trash drop on the floor they didn’t even pick it up, they came folding the bed, takeout the trash, that’s about all, the cleaning definitely needs to be improved. Besides that every else is very good. A good 5 star hotel.”

“The beds and pillows were very comfy. We enjoyed the 2 bed 2 bathroom option as an affordable option for a quick overnight stay with our friends. Only suggestion: we would prefer some fresh milk rather than the long life capsules as we couldn’t find a place to buy fresh milk. But that is our only complaint!! Will be back again.”

I was a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews, but our 21st floor unit was excellent - a bit tatty, but very clean, with a full and well stocked kitchen - oven, microwave, hobs and dishwasher. Amazing views too, and a small balcony. The level 4 pool, hot tub, gym and relaxing area were very nice, clean, and well patronised. We couldn’t get the wifi to work, and one lift was out for service, but minor issues. The location is awesome too - a few minutes...
