“My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Stay549. It feels like home! Val was super nice and friendly when she checked us in. Everybody there was very helpful. When the coffee machine broke, they quickly replaced with a brand new one. Thank you…my husband and I need our coffee to start the day 😁 We will definitely come back when we are heading back West.”

To improve: blinds are definitely not blackout, which is challenging in spring when the sun is up early, and when your window faces the parking lot with extremely bright floodlights. “I found the rooms to be kept in very good order, clean and organized. We had our coffee machine, microwave and fridge together so there was no going back and forth. We had an ironing board, iron and hair dryer. ANOTHER BIG PLUS they had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and lotion in big bottles so we didn't have to being ours along. I asked for wheelchair accessible shower but none were available. That was disappointing! The room and entrance was wheelchair accessible. My only dislike...

“Entire property was run down including the rooms. Was like being in a hotel from the 1980’s. Entire place smelt like smoke, hot tub had hair and clumps of something floating around, pool water was very low and stains all over the hallway carpets. Felt like an incredibly unsafe area especially for a solo traveller as evidenced by the drug users coming into the hotel lobby to use the ATM. “Breakfast” option, was very disappointing. “I particularly liked that the rooms were clean, renovated and well organized. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only issue I found was a shortage one morning of hot water but it appeared to be resolved on the morning we left. All in all it was good. Thanks Again!”
